The sirloin is cooked to your liking over our fire-top grill, creating a beautifully caramelised crust while keeping the centre tender and juicy, with the flame adding a subtle smoky flavour. It’s served with your choice of golden chips or a fresh salad and your preferred sauce. Enjoy it with a glass of red wine before finishing with either warm sticky date pudding or a silky crème brûlée with a crisp caramelised top.
